• Employees of AussieArc and their immediate families are not eligible

2. Ticket Purchases

• Tickets are valid only for the specific draw date purchased
• All sales are final - no refunds or exchanges
• You are responsible for ensuring ticket numbers are correctly selected
• Tickets must be purchased before the draw closing time

3. Prize Claims

• Prizes must be claimed within 12 months of the draw date
• Winners over $5,000 must complete identity verification
• Prizes are paid via bank transfer or check
• All prizes are subject to applicable taxes

4. Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must provide accurate registration information
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts for suspicious activity

5. Limitation of Liability

AussieArc is not liable for:

• Technical failures affecting ticket purchases
• Incorrect results published in error (official results prevail)
• Unclaimed prizes after the deadline

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
